Talking Head Build finally under way!

Alright, so I have finally saved enough dough to get the head build that I've wanted to do completed.

QR25DE head

-Jim Wolf Technology (JWT) C1 cams
-JWT valve springs
-gasket matched port and polish (intake and exhaust sides)
-machine the head (re-shim the valves to new cam specs, mill, etc.)
-ceramic coat exhaust ports after p&p
-5-angle valve job
-Redline raise to 7,200 rpm (factory is 6,250)
-AJUSA head gasket
-block guard (poor-man's sleeved block, basically)
-ARP forged head studs
-Apex'i neo with dual map tunes

I'm hoping this is going to put me at over 200 whp. It's my goal to be able to get 200+ whp staying completely N/A without having to go with high compression pistons and forged rods. We'll see. I just ordered the new cams and valve springs today, and the head is going to the machine shop once those parts come in. Tips? Suggestions? Let me know if you think this is a good build to go with.
